What you are talking about is technical analysis. Everyone has their own theory about how to analyze historical data. Moving averages are just a way to smooth out the radical daily swings of a stock price. To some it gives a comfort to trend watchers.

I’ve done some extensive studies on trending and on what combination of moving averages were the most profitable, even to the point where you could follow a pattern that proved most profitable.

BUT! I have learned over the years to invest on research, not technicals! The only tecnhnical I follow is after I decide to invest in a company, and the price trend is up (moving average), I wait for a down day in the market to get in!

Silver Price Over $40 Gold $1603, Economic Collapse in West, Building Mega Cities in the East

Silver prices above Gold price at 03. With western economies on the verge of an economic collapse, the Asian countries are building mega cities. While some may be empty right now, they likely wont be for long. Cities are a large consumer of energy and commodities. Growing populations in Asia and around the world will be the driver for the forseeable future of commodities and energy consuption. The rising wages of workers in Asia will allow more of them to invest in silver and gold bullion as well as buy all the same gadgets of their western counter parts. Correction: China will be building 20 cities a year for the next 20 years. I misspoke in the vid and said 2015. Q&A: Where do you see futures prices heading for gold and silver commodities, over the next few months?

Question by berman250: Where do you see futures prices heading for gold and silver commodities, over the next few months?
With the huge stock market drops in recent weeks, as well as overall high stock market volatility, silver futures have taken a HUGE hit, and Gold dropped a little bit as well. Does anyone have any opinion/idea on what direction the prices of gold and silver will head in, over the next few months? Thanks!
