which is the best site to carry out forex trading and who are the free signal providers in the fx market?

Question by Hari g: which is the best site to carry out forex trading and who are the free signal providers in the fx market?

Best answer:

Answer by FXOPERATOR.COM
If you are more of a chartist, FXDD or InterbankFX is recommended. Both use MetaTrader4 platform, best for technical analysis. Free signals, I don’t recommend if you intend to trade for a living in future. A trader must immerse himself in order to understand the psychological side of this Forex markets.

Stock Options Trading. Any book or web site recommendations?

Question by TJasinto: Stock Options Trading. Any book or web site recommendations?
Hi all,

I’m relatively new to options trading. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for books or web sites relating to options strategies.

Thank you in advance!

Congrats on not being afraid to jump into the realm of options. There is much to know about it and the opportunity for reward is excellent, along with the opportunity for much risk as well. Being a wise investor will take care of that however.

To get started with options I found the biggest help was to obtain a copy of the series 7 exam cram book. This sounds a little over board but hear me out. If you’re not familiar with the series 7, this is the exam all stock brokers must pass. in the exam cram book is an entire section on options, explaining how they work, how to profit and limit your risk with them. This truly is an excellent book for anyone beginning any sort of investment endeavor, whether it be stocks, bonds, mutual funds or options.

Next, you will need a platform to do your trading on. If you haven’t chosen one already I higly suggest TD Ameritrade. They have teamed up with Think or Swim and the Think or Swim trading platform is phenomenal! Use the paper money trading account to practice your options ideas and strategies before you begin with real money. This will help you understand how options move in price and their volatility.

If you have any other questions feel free to send me an email as I would be glad to help out!

Good Luck!

Does anyone know of a site that specializes in commodity data?

Question by Tyson C: Does anyone know of a site that specializes in commodity data?
I’m looking for some resources online that I can find commodity data and charts. Something that goes into a little more detail than yahoo finance. Sites that are more specific to the different types of commodities traded would be best. As an example, i use kitco for metals. Are there any sites that specialize in soft, grains etc.?

Q&A: What is the best online stock trading site?

Question by Introfeel: What is the best online stock trading site?
I want to trade penny stocks and a few regular stocks. I don’t have a lot of money to spend paying the site, but I would like to at least have a feature where if a stock lowers to a certain point it will automatically sell if that’s available. Other than that I just want inexpensive service.

Answer by Steven F
You can set a stop order (rather than limit order). That will trigger the selling when the price dips below. If you don’t mind paying extra $ $ $ , you can buy or search a free automatic trading program online to do the job for you too!

I want to begin day trading stocks, what is the best/fastest/low cost site out there with software that?

Question by Ryan L: I want to begin day trading stocks, what is the best/fastest/low cost site out there with software that?
is not to hard to use? I am going to trade maybe 2 or three hours a day, with a couple times all day. This is not going to be my profession, so an easy to use system would be best. I am just trying to practice with not to big of a bankroll to test out my skills! Thanks.

First, to day trade stocks, brokerages will require a minimum account size of at least $ 25,000. Also, it’s a risky game — very few people succeed at it. Those that do have generally become highly skilled at longer-term trading (position trading over several weeks, months or years or “swing trading” over days or weeks) before attempting day trading. There is no software you can use to make your decisions — that is totally up to you. It requires a great deal of experience (I would say, many years) to become a successful day trader.

Q&A: What is the best stock trading simulator site for free?

Question by : What is the best stock trading simulator site for free?
I am trying to learn day trading and I have initially tried the trading simulator provided by investopedia.com; it was good, but now I opened a real account and it turns out that I did not learn much, the real brokerage account is totally different: margins, monthly statement, P&L reports… So I am now looking for a stock trading simulator (preferably for free) that has all these features of a real brokerage. Any suggestions?
